• Members must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to k899 support immediately.

3 Payments & Transactions Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on k899 are processed in accordance with set rules. Transactions may be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. k899 is under no obligation to refund funds sent through unapproved channels.

• The minimum deposit amount may vary in accordance with the rules set on the platform.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

K899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

• Balances in accounts closed due to a Terms & Conditions violation may be forfeited.
• Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• Upon requesting account closure, any outstanding balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.
